- ServSafe Manager Certificate – All tenants must have at least one employee who has a ServSafe Manager Certificate. This certificate must be available at all times while in the kitchen to show Health Department Officials upon request.
- ServSafe Food Handler Certificate – All employees utilizing the kitchen, if any, of tenants must have a Food Handler Certificate. If a person has a Food Manager Certificate they DO NOT also need a Food Handler Certificate.
- If applicable you must meet all requirements of the Flathead County Health Department. Details can be found through this link.
- Signed Operating Agreement.
- Security Deposit – $200 – refundable after 30 days of no kitchen usage.
- Insurance is required. A certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $1,000,000 Commercial General L ability Insurance with ZooJack Ventures LLC listed as an additional insured.
